To make her abdominal muscles and legs so strong, Willow is a devoted yogi. She shared under a section of Red Table Talk in 2o21 that she turned to yoga to help her mental health and cut down on smoking cannabis. “I know this sounds cheesy, but around the time I quit smoking, I started doing a lot of yoga, and I just excelled because I put all my energy into it,” Willow explained. “I did not do anything else and I thought, ‘Wow, what if I did this with everything?’ And then it really made me think, ‘What have I been missing? What have I not put all in or not put all my brain power into?’ “

Although Willow has not spilled his nutritional secrets, back in 2019, the Smith family did all the medical tests during an episode of Red Table Talk (about TooFab) to see how their general health was, and she was told by Dr. Mark Hyman that she had a leaky gut and hypersensitivity to gluten, dairy products and eggs. “I’m not sorry, I’m frustrated,” Willow said when he heard this. “I would think a lot about it, I need my carbs, I need my vegetables and I need my protein, I’m obsessed with it.”
