Fox Sports presenter Tony Squires and brand strategist wife Kate Pascoe Squires have sold their five-room designer Bondi Junction pre-auction.
The Mill Hill Rd home, on the edge of the Junction within walking distance of Westfield and Centennial Park, with 350 sqm of interior space came with a $ 5 million guide, is close to double Bondi Junction’s current median house price of $ 2.7 million.
Bondi Junction has seen a compounded growth rate of 8 percent for homes over the past five years, according to realestate.com.au.
The four-story house, redesigned by architect Graham Ormsby more than ten years ago, traded for $ 2.6 million in late 2011 when it was purchased by art gallery owner Richard Martin. The home now comes with a landscaped patio created by Adam Robinson Design.
Squires graduated in 2011 from a three-bedroom Federation semi in Clovelly.
