The amazing Hulk is the second movie ever made for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it will not join the rest of the MCU at Disney + at some point soon.

According to HBO’s upcoming content plan, the 2008 film will join its HBO Max streaming service on April 1, 2022. The move is likely due to the fact that it is distributed by Universal Pictures, leaving Disney without full control of the film.
So far, almost every other MCU movie has found its way to Disney + with The amazing Hulk and the recently released Spider-Man: No Way Home (which will be streaming on Starz for some time) are two of the biggest exceptions.

Originally released in 2008, The amazing Hulk starring Edward Norton, Liv Tyler, Tim Roth, Tim Blake Nelson, Ty Burrell and William Hurt. The film received mostly mixed reviews as it premiered and is considered one of the less important items in the film series. While Norton’s turn as Bruce Banner was not paralyzed, he was eventually replaced in the role of Mark Ruffalo, who has since gone on to star in future films.
