Perth influencer Em Davies has found herself in a compromising position yet again after a seemingly private photo on her Instagram account was shared on a public Instagram Story.
Celeb Spellcheck has posted a screengrab of the Venem clothing founder and a friend in the car on the way to the airport before their flight to Bali that shows a packaged brownie — which turns out may not be your average brownie.
“Are we going to regret eating this weed brownie on our way to the airport?” a caption read alongside a “yes” or “no” poll.
The snap was deleted a few minutes later, presumably when Davies realised it was shared with her more than 360,000 followers, but not before Celeb Spellcheck, who rarely miss an embarrassing celeb blunder, took a screenshot and shared it on their Instagram.
“Em D(MA) & Lil Brownie,” Celeb Spellcheck captioned the post, alluding to the fact it could be a brownie laced with marijuana.
Hundreds of people have chimed in via the comments section, with some pointing out that Schapelle Corby spent nine years in Bali’s notorious Kerobokan prison for smuggling marijuana into the tourist hotspot in a boogie board bag.
“Shapelle corby is screaming,” one person wrote.
“Lmao did they forget Border Force have drug dogs?,” another piped up.
“Lmao the biggest flog in the world I’m sure the Indonesian government would be less than impressed if they’re coming through after eating that,” another said.
“Tell me you’re a bogan going to Bali without telling me you’re a bogan going to Bali,” someone wrote.
Others assumed Davies wasn’t meant to share the photo publically.
“Was this on a private story or has she done the dirty delete,” one of Celeb Spellcheck’s followers commented.
“This was meant for Close Friends, surely?” wrote another.
Last year Davies landed in hot water when she appeared to break mandatory lockdown rules.
