Field Trip Festival returns to Toronto this year, and today they announced their stacked lineup.
The beloved Toronto Festival Field Trip will be back at Historic Fort York & Garrison Common on Saturday, July 9, 2022. The event is set to feature some tremendous musical acts, art, food and more. Back in January 2019, the festival announced that it would not return that summer. Now Toronto music fans can rejoice as it is back for the first time since then.
Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats will headline the event. Big names seem like Peach Pit, Kurt Vile & The Violators, Lucy Dacus, The Halluci Nation, Valley, Busty and The Bass, The Rural Alberta Advantage, and more will also hit the stage.

In 2019, the local multidisciplinary festival announced across generations that they would take a break. They had hoped to return in 2020, but with the start of COVID-19, they did not.
“Field Trip Life is a musical experience all year round,” the website states. “Since its launch in 2013, the Field Trip Music & Arts Festival has marked itself as a multidisciplinary event across generations unlike any other. Thanks to the timeless performances of top-tier artists, a die-hard fanbase and an inviting, family-friendly environment “The annual event is a world-class festival that celebrates everything in terms of music and culture. Field Trip Life is a digital destination that keeps the spirit of the festival alive all year round with music-related content and commerce.”
