Soffice was conceived by Giuseppe Tuttoilmondo, a passionate restaurateur with over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, including key roles at Norma London, D&D London and Zelman Meats. Giuseppe dreamed of the Sofficé concept in mid-2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic still had a major ripple effect on Britain’s hospitality sector. After many years of dedication and experience with food and drink around the world, Giuseppe mastered the craft of Italian cuisine, and his goal is to provide Londoners with a unique dining experience that includes a passionate culinary art inspired by Sicily.
Giuseppe Tuttoilmondo, founder of Soffice, comments on the launch: “As London’s food and beverage scene comes across the Covid-19 pandemic in a remarkable way, it’s a very exciting time to introduce a whole new dining concept. Soffice is a unique culinary adventure that aims to be groundbreaking for our ‘gastro-bakery’ offer in London, we hope to serve our guests a range of unique and surprising dishes rooted in authenticity and sustainability, while allowing them to explore a new breed of Sicilian cuisine. “
