Japanese artist Click Burgundy is a rare breed who can draw up any style while being distinctive and may be the best around at crafting beautiful fighting game portraits (aside from those officially working on them).









Even when sketching up sexy ladies, Click Burgundy takes differing approaches to suit the characters and series they come from like Street Fighter’s Elena having purposefully rougher lines and shading drawing more attention to her innocent eyes and smile.


Meanwhile, Fatal Fury’s Mai Shiranui is brighter with softer lines and Guilty Gear’s Dizzy is overcast by shadow to accentuate her somber expression.


On top of that, he has a light sense of humor that brings fun into his works like Joker, Robin and Shulk teaming up to take down the giant threat of Steve in Super Smash Bros. as well as celebrating VGBC|aMSa’s recent victories with his red Yoshi.
