Langford Road has been declared a crime scene after a man was shot in the leg in a neighborhood dispute. Police were called to Goose Green Place just before 7:45 p.m. Saturday, following several reports in public. A 20-year-old man was taken into custody and was expected to be interviewed by police overnight.
