Michael Goguen fires back on bomb allegations

Tech billionaire Michael Goguen issued a scathing rebuke on Sunday over claims he controls local police and a “harem” of young women in a quiet Montana town, alleged by former employees in court papers and detailed in The Post.

The former Silicon Valley protagonist said in a statement that the allegations come from disgruntled and vengeful ex-employees, who claimed in a federal civil complaint that he kept a spreadsheet of 5,000 women he had put to bed.

According to the indictment, the 57-year-old billionaire essentially owns the quiet Rocky Mountain town of Whitefish, where he built a 75,000-square-foot mansion and reportedly has local agents on his payroll.

“The preposterous and defamatory article published yesterday in the New York POST article was recently convicted felon Matthew Marshall’s ‘last gasp’ attempt to do as much harm as possible to my family and me before his impending sentencing,” he said. goguen.

Marshall, a 51-year-old former Marine and alleged CIA agent, is the former head of the defense contractor Amyntor Group who was recruited by Goguen in 2013 to set up a private security firm under the billionaire’s tutelage.

In the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, Marshall alleges he was forced to buy luxury homes and cars for Goguen’s alleged harem — and harass and intimidate the billionaire’s enemies.

Goguen’s other accusers include exotic dancer Amber Baptiste, who said she was subjected to “constant sexual abuse” and “countless hours of forced sodomy”.

Another complainant is Bryan Nash, a former training partner, and former Whitefish police chief Bill Dial, who sued Goguen in 2019, alleging he tried to interfere in his investigations.

Dial has called Goguen “a billionaire” until Harvey Weinstein and [Jeffrey] Epstein.”

In his statement on Sunday, Goguen noted that earlier this month Marshall agreed to a federal advocacy agreement in Montana over wire fraud and tax evasion for defrauding Goguen out of millions. Marshall will be convicted in the case in March.

Meanwhile, in 2019, Nash was charged with 10 charges of stalking and extortion, and the following year he pleaded guilty to blackmailing Goguen and was given five years’ probation.

Goguen also noted that Baptise’s 2016 lawsuit against him was dismissed.

“It is hard to believe that we are in a time in society where disgusting nonsense like this – made from the evil and twisted imagination of a convicted felon to openly and publicly exact revenge on his victim – is given equal weight by the media as the facts and evidence-based conclusions of the FBI and the criminal justice system,” Goguen said in his statement.
