An Emirati photographer was able to capture unique photos with his lens that combine the magic of the architecture of Expo 2020 Dubai with the misty coverage that surrounds it.
Unique architectural style
There is no doubt that visiting Expo 2020 Dubai is an opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of architectural masterpieces in one place, perhaps the most prominent of which is the world’s largest 360-degree display known as the Al Wasl Dome .
Emirati photographer Ahmed Al-Raisi told CNN that the fog adds a wonderful artistic touch and highlights the beauty of Expo 2020 Dubai’s landmarks from a different perspective, making the World’s Fair buildings look different from what the world sees.
Al-Raisi chose from more than 90 pavilions, each of which has a unique design and document the Al-Wasl Dome, in addition to the two pavilions of the UAE and Saudi Arabia, in charming abstract scenes that highlight their amazing architecture.
The Emirati photographer explained the reason for his choice, that “from my perspective, the aesthetic design of the Emirati and Saudi wings made me choose them over the other wings.”
As an Expo 2020 Dubai employee, Al Raisi has access all the time, allowing him to be alone in the grounds, documenting the Al Wasl Dome and the UAE and Saudi Arabia pavilions in the early morning hours last week.
Al-Raisi could not find the exact words to describe the scenes he documented in the clips, which added a very different dimension to the architecture of Expo 2020 Dubai, saying: “Despite the aesthetics of the images, they describe the aesthetics not completely from the view of the ground.”
As expected, the key clips he shared on his Instagram account were praised and admired by his followers.
