An easy guide to perfect oats overnight

One of the newest nutrition trends you may have heard of is rhubarb oats. This is a simple and easy breakfast that requires zero work in the morning. This is a quick breakfast that is perfect for busy college students or people who are not comfortable with the luxury of working from home.

To make this quick and easy breakfast, all you need: a glass jar (about 10-12 ounces), milk of choice, old root oats, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, tea seeds, and honey or maple syrup (whichever you like) You get it). ).

Start with your bowl, and add ½ cup oats and ½ cup cups. Then add 2 cups of yogurt and stir all together. Then add 1 teaspoon of tea seeds and your favorite dessert and vanilla vanilla extract. Cover the jar and keep in the fridge for 6–8 hours.

Do it the night before, and in the morning just grab your pot, throw in your favorite toppings and go out the door! Toppings can be dark chocolate chips, almond butter, berries, nuts, or even coconut!

This is an excellent breakfast (or snack) packed with fiber, omega-3 and omega-6 fats, calcium, antioxidants, and more! It shouldn’t be breakfast either. If you’re an afternoon snacker (like myself) try making it in the morning so it will be ready when you get lunch.
