The New York Knicks have banned a rude fan who played at Madison Square Garden in the playoffs for the Eastern Conference, which features Atlanta Hawks star Trey Young.
The fan, who was in the second row, spat at those sitting in the front row – including the centipede and his girlfriend.
The ball club investigated the incident and the fan was not a season ticket holder.
“We investigated and determined that this patron, who is not a weather ticket holder, is actually spitting on Tray Young, and for that reason, he is now banned from the garden indefinitely.”
“We apologize to TRAI and the entire Atlanta Hawks organization for the behavior of this fan. This was completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated in our place. We have passed the information to the appropriate authorities.”
The team did not provide an address Reports Knicks fans shouted “Trey is filling young!” Instructed to chant and received handouts.
