A TSA official at Orlando International Airport has tested positive for coronavirus.

“After talks this afternoon with TSA’s chief medical officer, CDC, and the Orange County Department of Public Health, Federal Safety Director Pete Garcia informed Orlando International Airport TSA staff that the traffic safety officer received an initial positive test for COVID-1.” The TSA said in a statement. The TSA says officers are at home in comfort and will remain at home until the doctor clears them. Officers with close contact with the affected officers were advised to stay at home and observe for the next 14 days.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, TSA will now allow passengers to bring up to 12 ounces of liquid hand sanitation containers until further notice.
